Local Advocate Networks

To maintain the kind of strong and sustained pressure on our leaders that this is needed to see this crisis end, we will have to work together and bring all of our strengths to the table.  With that in mind, Resolve wants to encourage you to connect and collaborate with other activists in your area and one of the easiest ways to do that is by joining your state's Advocate Network. Each group serves as an online gathering place, bulletin board, conference room, and information hub for activists in your area.

Your state's Advocate Network is managed by an advocacy leader in your state who is in regular communication with our office. While Resolve will work with that local administrator to alert  members of new action steps or conflict updates, the content and activity in the network is predominantly controlled by its members.  Our hope is that each state's network will uniquely reflect the local culture and interests, and that the discussions, announcements, and questions posted in the group will be more relevant to the local community.

Of course, there are some lovely byproducts to meeting and and working together with others in your area who share your commitment to peace in central Africa. We hope this helps cultivate new friendships, greater creativity in your activism, and a renewed appreciation for the distinct local culture and unique contributions your community has to offer this movement.

IMPORTANT: Joining an Advocate Network does not automatically add you to Resolve's list-serve. If you would like to receive regular updates and alerts from Resolve, please join our mailing list here.
